On behalf of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, as a member of a distinguished panel, Trinity’s President & CEO, Bruce Lansdowne, gave testimony before the House Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Infrastructure. The subject of the testimony was Helping Small Businesses Compete: Challenges and Opportunities in the Federal Procurement Marketplace. The emphasis of Bruce’s testimony centered around small business subcontracting. We are thrilled that some of the concerns raised have made their way to the Senate.
